There are a some places with a few tables along the sidewalk : Joe Bar, Summit, Hopvine, Sun Liquor, Blue Bistro
But can't think of another true patio...
Coastal Kitchen has a sweet one in the back.
22 Doors has a lightly covered patio so comfortable rain or shine.
Can it be a deck? Atop War Room on a sunny afternoon is very nice. Inside War Room on sunny afternoon makes you want to die.
Rosebud? Okay it's like 3 tables but still...
Nothing beats the people-watching sidewalk-side at the B'way.
