Fifteenth like a bad neighbor?
Good Neighbor strikes back!
Description: Sorry, bad photo. The Liberty poster has a band of masking tape over it reading "Bad Neighbor." Either, Good Neighbor is striking back again, or Good Neighbor forgot to tear down some of Bad Neighbor's signs. Unsure. Anyone pay better attention?
